I couldn't recommend Ian highly enough. I am training with Ian since March and cannot believe what I've learned about the gym and food, how my strength has progressed and I am the happiest in my skin I've ever been! Ian always does extra outside of the normal with plenty of college and work shops on the side. With his knowledge and experience in the industry it is no surprise Ian has so much good feedback 💪
