I started Personal Training in 2012 & began Powerlifting Coaching in 2018. I’ve took multiple beginner level lifters to competing & winning National level events. My philosophy is to take an athlete centered approach, supported with both up to date research & experience in the game.

Level 4 Strength & Conditioning

Level 3 Personal Training

As a lifter, I have self coached myself to qualify & compete at Irish Nationals on 3 occasions
